BOSTON, MA – February 1, 2019 – Barkan Management Company, an industry-leader in residential property management with 174 properties under management in seven states, is pleased to announce that John Thiboutot, CMCA, has joined the company as a Portfolio Manager.
Thiboutot is based in the Boston office and will oversee an initial portfolio comprised of five condominium communities, all in MA: Newfield Woods in West Roxbury, Medfield Gardens in Medfield, Endicott Woods in Norwood, Hammond Park in Newton, and The Residences at Hooper Mansion in Boston.
Thiboutot brings 12 years of experience in the property management industry to Barkan, having worked at First Realty Management and, prior to that, The Niles Company, Inc., both in MA.
