Tysons Corner, VA – June 2020 – Barkan Management Company, an industry-leader in residential property management with 190 properties (29,000+/- units) under management in seven states, is pleased to announce that Lenard Goldbaum, AMS, PCAM has joined the company as a Senior Account Executive.
Goldbaum is based in Barkan’s Washington DC regional office and will oversee an initial client portfolio that includes Park Potomac Master Association, 100 Harborview, Colonnade Condominium, 930 Rose Condominium, Whitman Condominium, and 8045 at Silver Spring Metro Condominium.
Goldbaum brings over 25 years of experience in property management and residential real estate. He comes to Barkan from Zalco Realty, Inc. / First Service Residential, where he served most recently as Vice President, following multiple promotions since being hired in 2011. He is an Association Management Specialist (AMS) and has achieved Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition in the industry.
