Santiago joined Barkan in 2016 as an Account Executive. In that role, she managed numerous properties throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. Prior to that, she worked for the US Embassy in Korea and the American Institute of Taiwan.
Santiago’s client portfolio includes The Fairmont 1001 Condominium, The Fairmont 1005 Condominium, The Fairmont 1009 Condominium, The Fairmont 5601 Condominium, The Fairmont Community Association, Residences at Discovery Square Condominium, Discovery Square Condominium, The Whitman Condominium, Chinatown East Condominium, and Randolph Towers Condominium.
Santiago holds a B.S. in Information Technology, with a concentration in applied technology, and an Associate in Network Administration. She sits on six committees with Washington Metropolitan Chapter Community Associations Institute (WMCCAI) and a countless number of subcommittees. In 2016, she achieved Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest professional recognition in the industry.
