Tysons Corner, VA – June 2020 – Barkan Management Company, an industry-leader in residential property management with 190 properties (29,000+/- units) under management in seven states, is pleased to announce that Eric Cooper, CMCA, AMS has joined the company as an Account Executive.
Cooper is based in Barkan’s Washington DC regional office and will oversee an initial client portfolio that includes Top of the Park Condominium, Mica Condominium, and Park Sutton Condominium. He is also the part-time Building Manager for 8045 at Silver Spring Metro Condominium.
Cooper brings over 10 years of experience in the community association industry. Prior to his appointment at Barkan, he served as a Property/Community Manager at The Management Group Associates, Inc. and Property Management People, Inc. He holds a B.S. in Business Management and a Certificate in Human Resources from the University of Maryland.
