Seasoned HR professional brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Barkan and its diverse group of real estate businesses
Newton, MA – April 15, 2020 – The Barkan Companies, a privately-owned group of five related real estate businesses with expertise in full-service property management, accounting and financial services, development consulting, and affordable housing compliance, is pleased to announce that Piero Mendiguetti, M.S., PHR joined the company as Human Resources Manager in October 2019.
Mendiguetti brings more than seven years of industry experience and a track record of success to Barkan. Formerly, he was the Human Resources Manager at 42 North Dental in Waltham, MA, where he supported HR functions for the company’s 900 employees in four states and was responsible for employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation/conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR policies development, and legal compliance.
Mendiguetti holds a B.S. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from Florida International University. He is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
